San Martino di Castrozza, situated at the southern tip of the immense Dolomiti Super Ski area, is a destination appreciated by Italians. Although it is not particularly extensive this ski area, which links up with the neighbouring Passo Rolle one, nevertheless delights lovers of relaxing skiing. The start of the ski slopes is only five minutes by bus from the village, and the slopes at the foot of the Dolomites crags weave their way through an extremely beautiful setting.
