Built around an old village, La Clusaz offers an authentic, family-oriented alpine environment. The resort benefits from a wide variety of runs adapted to all ski levels. The off-piste skiing is located right near the ski lifts (20 minutes walk on average, 1 hour maximum). Although the Massif de Balme offers good snow conditions, the resort is not situated at a very high altitude, which makes the season unpredictable. This might be the reason why the environment remains so natural-looking, with its beautiful panoramic views, lovely slopes and numerous traditional wooden chalets.
