Corvara is one of the resorts lying in the Alta Badia valley and is itself included in the Sella Ronda ski area, so skiers and surfers can cross these very beautiful Dolomite mountains via the links to other parts of the sector. However there is one negative aspect, the high road which crosses the village appears rather incongruous in such a setting.
